100 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your item/s in new condition with tags attached, and we will be happy to exchange or provide a store credit up to 100 days after your order has been dispatched to you.
How to make an exchange
1. To proceed with the quickest exchange option, simply purchase the new item/s on our website and note in the comments’ section of your order ‘quick exchange’. Then please send our customer service team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of your unwanted item/s.
2. If you wish to proceed with a standard exchange, please log into your Wicked Weasel online account and click this link. Alternatively, you can click on the ‘return item/s’ icon next to the relevant order in your history or if you want a little extra help, please contact us via email on email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
3. Please remember to include in your return package your picking slip or invoice and a note with your instructions regarding any exchange details.
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed from when we receive and assess your returned item/s.
Returns Policy and Process
In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased appear to have a fault please leave the swing tags on the item(s), then make contact with us on firstname.lastname@example.org include a picture or two of the item and the identified issue. Our team will be in contact to review the issue, and then if appropriate will promptly arrange either a;
• Replacement or
• Store Credit or
Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Used or worn items
Items without the swing tags attached
Customisations (unless faulty)
Giveaways or any other promotional items
