100 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund for up to 100 Days after your item has been dispatched to you.
How To Make A Standard Exchange or Refund
- Preferably log into your Wicked Weasel online account and click this link
- Send your items to be exchanged or refunded back to us. Include your invoice and choice of exchange or refund in the package so we know what to do when we receive your returned parcel.
- Your exchange will be shipped or your refund issued as soon as we receive your package.
Items that cannot be refunded:
- Used or worn items
- Customisations (unless faulty)
- Giveaways or any other promotional items
