100 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your
item/s in new condition with tags attached, and we will be happy to exchange or refund
them for up to 100 days after your order has been dispatched to you.
How to make a return for exchange or refund
1. To proceed with the quickest exchange option, simply purchase the new item/s on our
website and note in the comments’ section of your order ‘quick exchange’. Then please
send our customer service team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the
return of your unwanted item/s.
2. If you wish to proceed with a standard exchange or refund, please log into your
Wicked Weasel online account and click this link. Alternatively, you can click on the
‘return item/s’ icon next to the relevant order in your history.
3. Please remember to include in your return package your picking slip or invoice and a
note with your instructions to exchange or refund.
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed from
when we receive and assess your return item/s.
Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Used or worn items
Items without the swing tags attached
Customisations (unless faulty)
Giveaways or any other promotional items
